Charles Triplett is one of the Founders & President/CEO of Lighthouse Ministries, an international, faith based non-profit organization dedicated to helping families through the ministering to males by providing support & resources for all in need, regardless of the situation and or circumstances.

Ross Scavo grew up in Carbon County Utah, in a little coal mining town that was a melting pot of cultures. As he looks back on his childhood, he feels very blessed.  He was surrounded by a loving Italian family that instilled many morals and values he still holds today.  He grew up as an outdoor kid, enjoying the connection in nature through sports, fishing, hunting, and camping with his older brother and dad. At the age of 15 his life came to a bit of a halt with his parents’ divorce. He didn't really know the impact this would have on his life.

Jacob Bates a co-founder of Lighthouse Ministries Christian Center and is currently a Horizontal Directional Drill Operator for the City of Tallahassee, installing natural gas and electric pipeline. In his field of work, he enjoys being around his coworkers and being outside, impacting with his smile and being a blessing to everyone he comes across without judgement. Jacob has been in the blue collar workforce since 2017.
