President/CEO

Charles Triplett is one of the Founders & President/CEO of Lighthouse Ministries, an international, faith based non-profit organization dedicated to helping families through the ministering to males by providing support & resources for all in need, regardless of the situation and or circumstances.

Charles graduated from Blackburn University in 1994 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Charles has completed one semester in the Master of Public Administration at University of Illinois at Springfield with an impeccable GPA of 3.78 out of 4.0. Charles has an exemplary professional background covering a wide variety of professions which include but are not limited to the following: 

Self-Employed, Blessed Assurances Counseling Center, Charles served as CEO, and co-owners of a Christian Counseling agency. This company provided a wide range of support to those who struggle with mental, emotional, and spiritual life conflict. 

Service to others would include the following: 

Quality Assurance and data analysis, Professional Mentorships, Marriage Ministry, Spiritual Counseling, Substance Abuse Counseling, Youth Pastor, Out-patient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Therapist, Screening Assessments and Support Services (SASS) Coordinator, Mental Health Counselor and Youth Counselor. He's also served as a reunification counselor for kids and parents, pediatric grief counselor, was involved in big brother and big sister programs, and maintained his mentorship to many of his clients/kids throughout the years. He also coached multiple sports and serves as a great example for young students. 

Charles obtained his professional certification as a substance abuse counselor in the State of Illinois in 2006 and maintained this until relocation to Florida. Charles served as a mental health and substance abuse counselor in the state of Illinois for 24 years before moving to Florida in 2017. Charles continued his services as a mental health and substance abuse professional upon relocating to Florida. Charles served the profession for 5 more years. Charles now offers the years of experience he obtained as a service to others to assist others find their passion as a service professional through mentorships and spiritual supports.
